It is the quickest way to put together a complete, varied Ibérico board, ideal for a get-together, an aperitivo or simply to have different snacking options in the fridge without buying each cured meat separately. Each slice keeps the characteristic flavour of Ibérico pork, with different nuances depending on the cut: milder in the ham, more spiced in the chorizo and salchichón, firmer in the caña de lomo. Serve straight away at room temperature, with bread and, to complete the experience, a glass of Spanish red wine.

Storage: Keep refrigerated between 0 °C and 5 °C. To appreciate all its qualities, take it out of the fridge 2 hours beforehand and open the pack 15 minutes before eating. Once opened, keep in the fridge and consume within 7 days.
