Chupadedos green olives, cracked and seasoned, a traditional variety from the Tierra de Barros area of Extremadura known for its intense flavour and homemade herb-and-spice dressing that will have you "licking your fingers", which is where its name comes from. It is a snack with plenty of character, different from more commercial olives, made for anyone looking for a more authentic, artisan flavour. Serve them straight from the jar, chilled or at room temperature, on their own with a cocktail stick or as part of a sharing board with Spanish cheese and cured meats. Once the jar is opened, keep them in the fridge covered by their own liquid, and they will keep their intense flavour for several days.
