Extra mini Ibérico salchichón, a small format designed to be eaten in one go with no leftovers to store. Made with Ibérico pork, salt, pepper and spices, slowly cured until it achieves the firm texture and intense flavour typical of salchichón. Its small size makes it perfect for travelling, for an individual sharing board or for trying the Ibérico flavour without committing to a large piece. Serve it cut into thin slices at room temperature; it goes well with bread, cured cheese and olives. Thanks to its curing, it keeps well for several days once opened, stored in the fridge and tightly sealed so it doesn't lose its aroma.

Ingredients: Ibérico pork meat and fat, salt, dextrose, soy protein, spices, flavourings, stabilisers (E-451 and E-450), flavour enhancer (E-621), antioxidant (E-301) and preservatives (E-252 and E-250). Inedible casing.
