Grain-fed Ibérico ham, tapas cut, vacuum-packed

Grain-fed Ibérico ham, cut into tapas-style pieces and vacuum-packed: the most convenient way to enjoy Ibérico flavour with no fuss. It comes from Ibérico-breed pigs raised mainly on feed, giving a ham with a milder flavour than acorn-fed while keeping that characteristic Ibérico texture. The tapas cut, in irregular pieces slightly thicker than the machine cut, is the same format in which it is traditionally served in Spanish bars for eating with your fingers. Being vacuum-packed, it keeps all its flavour until you decide to open it, and it keeps well in the fridge for several days once opened if covered. We recommend taking it out a few minutes before eating so it comes to room temperature and the fat softens, releasing all its aroma.
