Machine-sliced grain-fed Ibérico ham, vacuum-packed

Grain-fed Ibérico ham, machine-cut into thin, even slices and vacuum-packed to preserve all its flavour. Coming from Ibérico pigs raised mainly on feed, it is a ham with a balanced flavour, less intense than acorn-fed, at a more affordable price for everyday eating. The machine cut, in thin, regular slices, is ideal for sandwiches, for serving attractively on a board or simply for eating straight from the pack. Keep it in the fridge; it lasts well for several days once the pack is opened, always tightly sealed so it doesn't pick up moisture. It pairs especially well with toasted bread, grated tomato and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, in true Spanish breakfast style.
